You know, I tried it with Grand Marnier too and it wasn’t quite the same. I don’t know what it is about sugar and cream that give bourbon a nice flavor … but it’s perfect with pumpkin! Try it out and let me know how it goes! You could try it with Jim Beam too … I just didn’t because my boyfriend had a ‘bad experience’ once. Didn’t want him to get woozy at the scent of my cheesecake.

okay I think I just died because that is one amazing looking pumpkin cheesecake, I love the idea of using bourbon cream
