		<description>I couldn&#039;t help giggling as I read this.  I wish I could be there to make marshmallows and hot chocolate with you (and we could add a little Baileys to keep the chill off).  I&#039;ll definately try this when we move into the new house in November.</description>

		<description>Oooh--thanks for posting--a friend makes her own marshmallows all the time, and I am dying to try it.  I too am in FL.  Have struggled with making fudge etc. because of the humidity.  Good reason to get out the thermometer and double check the temp. of everything...</description>
